Visas we handle
From temporary work permits to permanent residency. Each visa has its own eligibility check and application form.
H-1B Specialty Occupation Visa
The most common work visa for skilled professionals in specialty occupations — software engineers, doctors, scientists, financial analysts. Requires a U.S. employer sponsor and a bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
L-1 Intracompany Transferee Visa
For executives, managers, and specialized-knowledge employees moving from a foreign office to a related U.S. office. Two subcategories: L-1A (managers/executives) and L-1B (specialized knowledge).
O-1 Visa for Extraordinary Ability
For individuals with extraordinary ability in sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics — backed by sustained acclaim and recognition. No annual cap, no lottery. Often the strongest path for founders, researchers, and creatives.
TN Visa for Mexican & Canadian Professionals
Created under USMCA (formerly NAFTA), the TN visa allows Mexican and Canadian citizens in approved professions to work in the United States. Faster and simpler than H-1B — no lottery, no annual cap.
