What you need to qualify

01 Qualifying relationship between U.S. and foreign entity (parent, branch, subsidiary, affiliate)
02 1 continuous year of employment with the foreign entity in the past 3 years
03 Coming to the U.S. in an executive, managerial, or specialized-knowledge role
04 U.S. office must be doing business or be a viable new office
05 L-1B specialized knowledge: distinct expertise not commonly held
